Avocados offer amazing health benefits for your body. They can help you lose weight, improve digestion, improve the quality of your skin and lower the risk of heart attack.  Avocados can be thrown into salads, mashed into guacamole, baked with eggs for breakfast, and even eaten as a dessert!

Avocados are Rich in Vitamins

Avocadoes are one of the healthiest foods in the world. They contain more than 20 essential nutrients like vitamins A, B, C, E, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, and iron. They also contain protein, fiber and phytochemicals like glutathione, lutein and beta-sitosterol, which protect you from many illnesses.

Avocados Can Help You Lose Weight

Avocados contain monounsaturated fatty acids, which your body uses as a slow-burning energy. This is how they reduce appetite and hunger.

Avocados are Good for Your Skin

The monounsaturated fatty acids in avocados nourish and moisturize your skin in the epidermal layer and reduce skin redness and irritation. For healthier skin—eat more avocados.

A fun way to eat avocados is as a chocolate pudding. It’s rich and creamy—and don’t worry, you don’t taste the avocado at all.

Avocado Chocolate Pudding Recipe

1 ripe avocado

2 tbsp raw honey

3 tbsp cocoa powder

6 tbsp grass-fed milk or coconut milk

pinch of sea salt

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
